    Lentil Soup

    Ingredients:

    2 cups of green lentils washed in cold water
    3 liters of water in a pot
    1 bottle of tomato sauce (Moti 700g)
    2 stock cubes (vegetable stock is also possible)
    Salt and pepper to taste

    Preparation method:

    1. Bring the lentils to a boil in water for about half an hour over medium heat - without adding salt.
    2. Add the stock cubes and tomato sauce; Bring to the boil and then let it cook at a low temperature for about half an hour.
    3. Taste at the end of cooking and add pepper and a little salt if necessary.
